The Imperial Russian Kit is a kit in Call to Battle 2, it is available in the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army faction and depicts a soldier of the Imperial Russian Army.


Overview

The Imperial Russian Army was the army of the Russian Empire that existed from 1721 until 1917, when most of its soldiers mutinied during the Russian Revolution.

The Imperial Russian Army was the biggest army in the world, during World War I, however they were spread out and unorganized, also the Russian Empire's railway infrastructure was poorly made, making deployment of soldiers difficult.

In-game, the Imperial Russian Kit depicts a soldier of the Imperial Russian Army. The kit contains the Fedorov Avtomat M1916, an automatic rifle considered to be the ancestor of modern day assault rifles. And the Imperial Russian Soldier uniform.

  • The Fedorov Avtomat, in-game isn't able to accept stripper clips from 6.5x50mm Arisaka rounds.
    • Also, the Fedorov Avtomat's ammunition is replenished via box magazines, despite soldiers issued with the Fedorov Avtomat being given only one magazine.
  • The Imperial Russian Kit depicts a soldier of the Imperial Russian Army, however the faction the kit is available in is the Red Army. This could be because both armies were part of former Russian states.
