The Assault Class is an Offensive class unique to 5 nations currently in CtB, this page seperates from the Assault/Technician Class which is present in other factions and some factions don't have the assault class at all
the Assault class is often equipped with Submachineguns and the sparse Assault Rifle
The assault class gains more XP from offense than Defense
Per Faction Info
- United States: Starting SMG is the Thompson M1A1
- Third Reich: Starting SMG is the MP-38
- Soviet Union: Starting SMG is the PPD-34
- Kingdom of Italy: Starting Carbine is the Beretta M1918/30
- Volkssturm Militia: Starting SMG is the MP-3008
Trivia
- Italy is the only faction to not start with an SMG but instead a semi-automatic pistol caliber carbine
- the Volkssturm Currently do not have any other SMG unlocks
- The Third Reich and Soviet Union used to start with the MP-40 and PPD-40 respectively, this was changed when their predecessors were added
